CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel, edit or change an appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee to the credit card on file.

No call / no shows are subject to a charge of 75% of the service fee to the credit card on file.

After 3 late cancellations / no shows, guests will need to pre-pay in full in order to book a service. This payment is non-refundable.

After 4 late cancellations / no shows, guests will no longer be able to book a service.

All guests are required to have an up to date credit card on file in order to book an appointment. No exceptions.

MINOR GUESTS

Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive treatment at Golden Hour Glow. Guests ages 13-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a release form consenting to treatment.

CHILDREN

To keep our space safe and quiet for other guests, children are not permitted in the spa at any time during your treatment.
